In this workshop we will be looking at the difference and experiencing passive and active inversions, with options if you are working on getting upside down! You will be guided through a sequence that you will be given a hardcopy of to take with you so you can continue to build your comfort with these poses in a daily manner. Learn how chanting can be used as a form of pranayama and meditation and suggestions on how to put these techniques in your own practice.
