We also believe that each person connects deeply to one style of practice more than another, and we want to offer that to you. All Levels Students of all levels are welcome A foundation practice for beginners & seasoned yogis alike! Students of all levels and Yoga experience will enjoy the all levels class. Designed to be practiced in the heat, this class guides you through a series of postures that helps build strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and mental focus. Modifications are given throughout the practice allowing everyone to work at his/her own ability and comfort level.

Pranayama, yin, gentle vinyasa and guided meditation- this class has it all! Be prepared for an integration of 2 complimentary forces to cultivate ease in stillness and fluidity in movement. (Conducted in a slightly heated room to maintain comfort.)

Great for any student level Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique, in which you learn to relax consciously. The practice induces complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Even though the word nidra means sleep in Sanskrit, to experience true and absolute relaxation one must remain conscious. The state of relaxation is reached by turning inwards, away from outer experiences. When the consciousness can be separated from external awareness and sleep, it becomes very powerful and can be applied in many ways, such as, developing memory, increasing knowledge and creativity, or finding our true nature. Yoga nidra had also been proven to help with hypertension, stress, insomnia, anxiety and headaches, plus a number of other common health issues. Yoga nidra is practised in savasana, as scientific studies have shown that this is the position most conducive to relaxation, since it reduces sensory stimulation to the minimum. During this class we will start with some gentle yoga asana to prepare the body for the yoga nidra session.

Learn how to exercise the deep connective tissues of your body This style of yoga focuses on exercising the deep connective tissues of the physical body while also seeking to release blockages in the energetic body. All poses are done on the floor and held for 5-10 minutes each. Breath focus & body awareness are heightened as you work into a meditative state. This is a great compliment to the more vigorous classes. (Conducted in a slightly heated room to maintain comfort.)

Come try something new! Ashtanga Yoga is a set series developed in India by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. The sequence of postures will bring strength, flexibility, endurance, and discipline to both the body and mind. Because this class is only one hour, it will draw inspiration from different aspects of the primary series. This class will offer a challenge however it is accessible to all.

For beginners and intermediate students Perfect for beginners or intermediate students wanting to deepen or revisit their understanding of yoga asana. This class will guide the student through the energetic potential of alignment, and will combine a flow of dynamic sequences and precise form. The practice builds core & upper body strength, leaving you energized and vibrant.

Enjoy a blend of styles of Vinyasa This class is a blend of styles of Vinyasa (linking breath with movement) with an emphasis on one breath and one movement at a time. The Style of class is a reflection of the teacher’s training, yoga philosophy and their own personal practice. The class is moderately vigorous, energetic, and fun. Practioners of all levels and ability can enjoy Vinyasa.

“However beautifully we carry out an asana (posture), however flexible our body may be, if we do not achieve the integration of body, breath, and mind we can hardly claim that what we are doing is Yoga.” Sri . T. Krishnamacharya Integration means to make into a whole by bringing all parts together; to unify. In this class, students will maximize strength and flexibility with pranayama ( breathing techniques) and moving meditation to bring about a sense of complete balance in the body. This practice is informed by the great teacher Krishnamacharya of South India who is referred to as the father of modern yoga. Each week the teacher will focus on a clear intention to create a specific energetic outcome for the student. The student will learn how to acknowledge the qualities of their mind, their breath and their body before the physical practice begins. Every practice will close with a guided Savasana (corpse pose). Different families of poses will be introduced each class so the student can learn the benefits of a full spectrum standing pose series, backbend series, twisting series and forward bends. This practice is completely focused on the individual. The teacher creates an atmosphere in which each student can find his or her own way to Yoga regardless of their starting point. Whether you have been practicing for several years or you are just beginning your yoga journey this practice focuses on the foundations of yoga practice; the integration of body, breath and mind.

This is an opportunity to unwind, to release your stresses and renew your mind! This class will offer a mix of restorative poses (floor poses with the help of props so that the body can completely let go,) and yin style poses (floor poses that are held to feel sensation in a certain area of the body, to stretch the deeper connective tissues.) Start your week with calmness, clarity and rest!

This class is not heated, but it will get hot! A dynamic and uplifting class, aimed at gaining knowledge of the physical practice as well as the ancient tradition of Yoga and it’s roots. In this class we prepare the body by building internal heat and firing up the core! Sequencing will be a key aspect, taught in Vinyasa style, often including a peak pose which the class is built around. Every pose we explore, from forward bends to backbends, twists to inversions, has a beginner to advanced option (Think of salsa; mild, medium, or hot!) making accessibility and adaptability a key component of the class, as well as a concept we encourage each student to adopt within themselves. Best suited for students with 3+ months experience and (of course!) with exception. If you are curious about this class, just ask the teacher!

This class combines the powerful practice of Yin Yoga with the ancient healing modality of Reiki. Reiki is a “ laying on of hands touch healing system”. The act of laying hands on a human body or an animal for healing is as old as instinct. The living human body radiates warmth and energy. This energy is life force itself. The Reiki healer is connected to the universal life force energy and becomes a channel for healing energy to flow to where it is needed. Yin and Reiki are so powerful because in a long-held yin pose the student is already stimulating Chi (energy) through the meridian lines in the body. When the Reiki practitioners hands are rested on the student with the intent to heal, the students’ energy resonates up to match the higher vibration frequency of the practitioner. It’s in this place where the two meet, that the student experiences balance and healing. Uriel applies the Usui tradition of Reiki with the healing modalities of Quantum Touch and yin yoga to create an embodied experience that assists healing and balance in the body. She is a master Reiki practitioner and a student of the Quantum-Touch healing system.

Ever want more direction on how to start a meditation practice or the opportunity to meditate in a group setting? Here is your chance to join others in the pursuit of clearing the mind & opening it to your subconscious thoughts. This class will go over many common questions, how to sit, what to focus on, techniques to invoke concentration, relaxation and calmness. Students should come prepared for some movement through gentle asana and at least 30mins of meditation. This class will be 60mins.

A deeply healing and relaxing experience that focuses on one’s life force or life energy known as prana. From the demands of daily life that can lead to not finding time for oneself which can result in unhealthy habits like lack of exercise and improper nutrition, prana becomes imbalanced and can result in unease in the body and mind. Whether you are feeling exhausted or overstimulated from the demands of daily life, a Prana-Ease session will help guide your energy back to a state of balance. In this small group of 4, students are guided through various asanas (mainly while lying on their back or stomach) while the instructor applies hands-on adjustments and healing touch to help the student ground and release prana. Come restore yourself inside & out! Facilitated by Diane Bellefontaine, trained pranassage instructor through TAYS and certified by the Nosara Institute. Diane’s passion for the self-connection and awareness that happens when yoga and touch are incorporated is evident from the moment you meet her!
