Ashtanga Yoga is a set series developed in India by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. The sequence of postures will bring strength, flexibility, endurance, and discipline to both the body and mind. Because this class is only one hour, it will draw inspiration from different aspects of the primary series. This class will offer a challenge however it is accessible to all.
