Ever want more direction on how to start a meditation practice or the opportunity to meditate in a group setting?

Here is your chance to join others in the pursuit of clearing the mind & opening it to your subconscious thoughts. This class will go over many common questions, how to sit, what to focus on, techniques to invoke concentration, relaxation and calmness. Students should come prepared for some movement through gentle asana and at least 30mins of meditation. This class will be 60mins.
