Prenatal Yoga

Our Prenatal series is practiced in a calm, tranquil environment with an open community for questions. The practice is designed to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor, improve circulation and bring a deeper awareness of your body and your baby’s. Yoga props are used for support and every practice ends with relaxation and meditation. If you are a mom to be and want to keep your practice up but are concerned about practicing hot yoga, this is just right for you!

Prenatal Yoga is an incredible way to tune into your body in an intimate way as it undergoes a very challenging and magical transformation. Prenatal Yoga will help strengthen both the body and mind during your pregnancy and in preparation for labour while connecting you to a like-minded group. With everyone at a different stage of pregnancy, the community building aspect can be extremely valuable, while at the same time, building a closer connection to the little one in your belly!
