Starting your practice from a place of calmness is key! Give yourself 10-15 minutes before class to get changed, set up your space, and let your stress start to fade away. Your body and your mind will thank you.
Please let us know that you are here! Sometimes it gets busy, especially in the winter, so whether it is your scan tag, or even better, your smiling familiar face, let the teacher know you are checking in for class.
We want this space to feel like home, and home is always a cozy place to walk around in sock/bare feet. If you can take off your fresh kicks at the front, we would be forever grateful 🙂

We have lockers and cubbies for your belongings, and the studio is on straight-up lockdown during class. Please leave bags and keys in the changing room during practice.
We are scent free studio so please be sensitive about the products you use. A sensitive nose can be affected quite severely during practice, and everyone deserves a relaxing class
Please turn off/silence your cell phone at the studio. Don’t worry, we won`t get the ruler out if you forget, however, a ringing phone is a huge distraction to you and fellow students.
If you are not feeling well and it is absolutely necessary to leave the room, please go ahead. If you just need some rest before continuing with class, take rest, on your mat; it is a key element of every yoga practice.
