I’m coming to my first class—what should I know?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking, signing in, and settling in. Our friendly team will help you get started.

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Yes! All our classes are multilevel and designed to accommodate beginners.

  • Yin classes: Deep stretching and relaxation.

  • Other classes: Flowing movements between standing, sitting, and floor work.

  • 75-minute classes: Include an added meditation.

Our teachers are highly trained to guide students of all levels.

What should I bring?

Please bring:

  • A water bottle (no glass, please)

  • Your yoga mat

We offer yoga mat rentals for $6 + tax. Towels are not available for rent, so bring your own if needed.

Do you have any studio policies I should know about?

  • Our studios are scent-free.

  • The practice room is a silent space. Please socialize in the common areas instead.

  • Phones must stay outside the practice room. If you are on call, let your teacher know.

  • Watches should be set to silent mode.

What amenities are available at the studio?

All of our studios include:

  • Lockers (bring your own lock)

  • Showers

When is the studio open?

Studios open 30 minutes before class and remain open 30 minutes after class.
