Myofascial Release Teacher Training

October 2-5, 2025

Our Myofascial Release Yoga Teacher Training dives into fascia, the web-like connective tissue that wraps every muscle, organ, and bone. Packed with mechanoreceptors and nerve endings, fascia is a power-house sensory organ guiding self-regulation, balance, and how we feel movement.

New research shows the body works as one fascial network, not isolated muscles or joints. This systems view is reshaping yoga, offering more holistic answers for chronic pain, mobility limits, and athletic performance. A varied yoga practice directly conditions, and is felt in, this fascial matrix.

In the course, you’ll study the latest fascia science and learn hands-on myofascial release techniques. You’ll enrich your own practice and bring fresh depth to your classes, giving students fuller asana experiences and better overall well-being.
