Start Practicing Yoga

With our Two Week Intro Pass, all new students can try any class with any teacher. This allows you to find what you connect with at our studios.

Each teacher has their own flavour, each class its own style, each studio its own vibe. If you’ve never practiced yoga before, we recommend starting with an All Levels class. All of our classes are meant to be accessible to all, however, All Levels is the best place to start and feel your way through the rhythm and movement of a class. Come explore your unique path to connecting mind and body.  Our 2 Week Intro Special is just $39 and allows you to explore all classes and all teachers to find what suits you best.

 
 

What Should I Bring?

Normal exercise wear or whatever you’re comfortable sweating in is all you need. We have mats at the studio that you can rent for $6, however we highly recommend you bring your own mat as we do not have many rental mats available. We also have locker & shower facilities (must bring your own lock and towel), as well as filtered taps for water. We encourage you to bring your own water bottle.

We also encourage you to bring a beginners mind, even if you’ve practiced yoga 1000 times, and to try and check your ego at the door as it doesn’t provide much benefit when practicing yoga 😊
